Ron Duncan, a runner living in the neighbourhood, suddenly passed away last Sunday September 5, 2010.
Apparently, he told the church people he was not feeling well, went to the hospital, and passed away quickly. His relatives and neighbours are all shocked.
I would dedicate my next run to him.

Suddenly Enlightened !
Whilst we think we are enlightened, whilst other ppl are showering us with praises, whilst we congratulate each other with the same subjectivity, a healthy dose of individual skepticism and self-doubt is still a good thing.
