Exercise - Training for my 14th Running Marathon

I did a 23.4 km run this morning as part of my training to complete my 14th marathon this fall.

Next week, the group I am training with will start doing hills, which should be fun lol !!

My goal is to narrow the gap btwn my PB (personal best) and the avg time of all 13 marathons.

Who knows, I might even surprise myself !!
